This Place Called Target

November 17, 2012 by CassieCravings

Eli and I went to Target. I went in for a cute hat and some mittens….$80 later I left with mittens, hat, books for Eli’s classmates, a Christmas kitchen towel, 2 necessary long sleeved graphic tees for the little guy and a perfect pair of flats.

Target, you wonderfully, glorious, wallet eating heaven of a place…

  1. I am a Canadian, so very addicted to Target. We cross the border for it – I have ended up coming home with the wildest things and couldn’t remember why I put them in the cart in the first place!!!

  2. Target: I always find thing there that I didn’t know I needed!

I love Target. I buy most of our clothes there, and some other stuff. 🙂

I am IN LOVE with their flats. Since I’m a teacher, I don’t like to invest in my every day shoes. They get all muddy and crafty and worn too quickly.

I buy quite a bit of little Eli’s stuff there. I can get trendy things that aren’t too expensive. At the rate he grows, it can be quite the pocket eater to keep him dressed.

  4. I of course completely understand and have been converted to a Target shopper recently as you know ;).

I am so *not* a Target fan!! Let me explain….I *would* love it, but they overprice most things, coupons (their own online coupons and manufacturer ones) suspiciously don’t take, and nearly 50% of the things I plan to buy ring up a little wrong so I’m forced to correct the cashier on the prices. Nope, I don’t like shopping there anymore. I *could*, though, if they’d fix those things! 😉

So. True. I’ve gotta stay out of there! 🙂

  7. I love our Target, and now that ours has groceries, it is hard to stay away from. We also have. Very nice Walmart.
Between the two I can be a very extravagant Nana at a Misers price…also love TJ Max!
