Mamacravings began 3 years ago as a voice of a young mama with a toddler. At that time, we were knee deep in potty-training. So much of my jump into blogging was the need to know that I wasn’t alone in this cherished, insane, beautiful, exhausting world of mama-hood.

A lot has happened in those 3 years. My curly-headed toddler is now looking forward to beginning kindergarten. He is bright, inquisitive, silly and joyful. As much as I’m not ready to send my baby to “big school”, I am so very proud of him and so honored that he calls me “mama”.

I have finally found my footing as a gentle and attachment parent and now coach other mamas as we wade this mama journey together.

The blog evolved from its focus on parenting to our opening up on recurrent miscarriages and on infertility. My months and months of fertility treatments are even chronicled on mamacravings. Recently we made a wonderfully exciting announcement that we are adopting!
