Last week our adoption agency (Independent Adoption Center) was considered one of the premier agencies in the country. They were established in open adoption, pioneers in the field of open adoption. After months and months of research, we chose them. And we trusted them.
This week they will cease to exist, as will our home study and our funds.

To celebrate moving forward to the home study, we are selling the t-shirts that I designed. They have our story on it: Love makes a family. This is not only our story, but yours as well. Whether you don’t have any children or have a houseful, whether your children are biological, foster, adopted or a mixture of all three, love makes your family. Our families haven’t been there or done that. We’re going there and we’re doing that. We might as well have a cute tee for the road.
